When I first discovered yoga in 1996, I had very little instruction. In fact, I would spread yoga books, found in my college library all over my dorm room floor and practice poses on my own, slowly putting the pieces of my practice together.

 

I wish I had an experienced teacher in those early days to explain what this yoga thing is all about. I was uncomfortable with myself and especially stepping into a yoga studio for the first time!

Beginner Yoga Series

Becca has been practicing yoga since 1996 when she took a college credit yoga class and was hooked. She knew she wanted to teach yoga, but also knew she wanted to teach from a place of knowledge and understanding. She spent the next 10 years practicing and absorbing all she could of this ancient practice. Becca has studied Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Jivamukti, and Kriya before arriving at the Classical Yoga System at Yoga Life Institute and Malvern, PA in 2006. For one year she was immersed in the 8-Fold Yoga Path as set out by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali as she completed her 200-hour teacher training studies while finishing a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at West Chester University. From there she headed to Colorado to attend Regis University for Physical Therapy. She completed the 300-hr TYY at Combio Yoga in Colorado Springs in 2018 and is currently studying to be an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Becca created Mountain Harmony to provide her community with a space of passion, wisdom, and honesty to support a deep exploration of the Sefl in Body, Mind and Spirit.

 

Becca is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and specialized in Orthopaedic, Pediatric, Vestibular, and Lymphedema Therapy

When does the course start and finish?

The course starts on November 18th 2019and ends on January 12th, 2020. New lessons will be available on Mondays of each week and you will be able to view all the previous weeks as well. All portions of the class are downloadable, so they will be available to you forever!

 

How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
