Join Leslie Alvarez for the second running of this 6-week Mindfulness & Meditation Series at Mountain Harmony Yoga!

Meditation decreases stress and improves overall focus of the mind and expansion of awareness. It is the most effective way to decrease daily overwhelm and promote peace of mind.

Each week of this series we will highlight a special topic in Mindfulness & Mediation with in-class practice and practical real-life applications to improve your presence and cultivate an open heart.

Leslie Alvarez, PhD, RYT-200, is a meditation teacher and professor of psychology at Adams State University. Her teaching is infused with humor, wisdom and grace. Join her for this beautiful offering on Monday nights this fall!

Students who are registered for this course can attend Leslie’s Monday night 6pm Yoga class for 1/2 off!
