Join Doctor of Physical Therapy, Rebecca Jessen for a fun and focused workout in Cole Park!
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is important for strength, endurance and cardio vascular health. In this series we’ll get our heart beat up with these intervals and end our class with our beloved yoga to improve flexibility and calm the mind. You will love this workout!
Classes will be held in Cole Park on Tuesdays at 5:30…and don’t worry, we’ll have some shade. 🙂
Class size is limited and social distancing will be practiced to keep our community safe. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat (and props if you like).
