Yoga for Joint Health is a 4-week yoga series designed for strengthening and conditioning the body, with a focus on 4 major joints: Knees, Shoulders, Hips, and Ankles. We will work on core conditioning, deep stretching, and proper alignment techniques.

This will be the first class series ever taught by Claudia Ebel, Yoga Teacher in Training through Mountain Harmony Yoga studio.

Wednesdays in April, 5:30-6:30pm.
