Are you a runner who is ready to try a little cross-training and maybe improve your performance?

Join Doctor of Physical Therapy, Becca Jessen for this 5-week series to stretch, strengthen and stabilize all the the necessary areas for runners, whether you’re the serious type or a recreational jogger.

This class with complement all the work you’re doing on the road or the trails, and maybe you’ll learn how to breathe a little bit more efficiently too!

Classes are Tuesdays in April at 5:30.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome!
