Have you been feeling overwhelmed because of the COVID-19 pandemic? I think we all have been concerned about the current events and we have all been affected in some way by this scare.

 

Do you miss Mountain Harmony Yoga as much as I do?

 

Support your yoga studio by joining us for a 4-week online series designed to help decrease stress and anxiety. We will use slower movements, mudra, breathwork, and meditation to engage in mindfulness while slowing down the nervous system.

 

This class is perfect for all levels of practitioners and will help to support you and your immune system while keeping your yoga connection strong.

 

You will be emailed instructions for how to join the series on the morning of the first class.
